Our unglazed whole slow-roasted turkey comes fully cooked and ready to enjoy. Serve it cold straight from the fridge, or gently reheat it for a warm centrepiece. Weighing approximately 5kg and made from 100% Australian turkey, it easily serves 8–12 people.
Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 135°C. Place the turkey breast in a baking tray with the glaze and bake for 10 minutes, or until heated through, for a perfectly juicy finish.
